Press Release: Sovos Compliance and Tytho Sign a Strategic Partnership Agreement

March 1, 2017 Sovos -

On February 1st, Sovos Compliance and Tytho made a move to further reinforce their leadership position in tax technology, and today are announcing their non-exclusive partnership agreement. They have established a partnership whereby Tytho will assist with the implementation of Sovos Compliance solutions and promote the Sovos Compliance suite of products as well, strengthening their respective software and service offerings.

“Staying ahead of all the changes to VAT reporting has become increasingly challenging, and more businesses are turning to a mix of software and business process outsourcing. Our partnership with Tytho gives our clients in the marketplace the best of both worlds,” said Casper Winkelman, General Manager of Sovos compliance’ VAT group.

The partnership is of mutual benefit to both parties. Sovos Compliance has shown their ability to provide high quality, reliable customer solutions and Tytho has proven their experience in automating complex VAT processes independent from the ERP solution. The combination allows both companies to offer a complete package of tooling and configuration to the market.

“We are very pleased with this agreement, as it presents an opportunity to tackle issues related to legislation and regulations head-on. Our specific focus on Tax Technology and automation enables us to bring top-of-the-line solutions and services to a global market. Our clients are looking for innovative solutions that can transform and strengthen their reporting and compliance position. This partnership allows our clients to select the best Tax Technology solutions available in the market, while receiving an excellent and smooth implementation service,” says Eliza Alberts-Muller, Managing Partner of Tytho global.

The rapidly changing world of tax is demanding more and more from businesses. The pressure to ensure your determination, reporting, and compliance are automated properly is essential to governance and control, increasing efficiency, and decreasing cost. The Sovos Compliance and Tytho collaboration will provide Tytho clients with valuable information on Sovos Compliance software, which maintains Tytho´s position as an impartial Tax Automation service leader and provides Sovos Compliance Tax Technology resources that will strengthen their implementation capabilities.
