Tax Centralization

Each year, government agencies expand tax information reporting requirements, causing reporting processes to grow in complexity for businesses. Tax compliance teams within organizations are becoming heavily burdened with the constant challenges of reducing cost, risk and penalties while also keeping up with obligations of new regulations.

 

Prior to this point, corporations have utilized shared services centers (SSC) to eliminate disparate and redundant processes. Today, however, many businesses have begun utilizing a completely centralized solution, funneling their tax compliance responsibilities into one standardized, cost-effective operation designed to meet tax compliance obligations everywhere they do business.
