Webinar On-Demand: Is your eInvoicing provider compliant with the new OSE regulations in Peru?

December 20, 2018

Get ahead of the latest e-invoicing mandate in Peru

Starting March 1, 2019, all companies invoicing in Peru must process and validate their electronic invoices and receipts via an approved OSE (Operator of Electronic Services). This process follows the "PAC model" in Mexico.

Taxpayers that do not onboard with an approved OSE by March 1 will be considered out of compliance and will not be legally able to transact and do business in Peru.

Sovos has been certified by the SUNAT as a OSE. We can enroll you before March 1st to ensure you remain compliant with this mandate without affecting your actual integration process.
